Pajaro Dune — DIGIT Festival 2026
Pajaro Dune is the project that brings together the creative minds of producer Jaime Romero, known as Estrato Aurora, and composer and pianist David Ortolà.
Based in Valencia, they share more than twenty years of trajectory exploring and connecting diverse musical universes alongside a wide range of professional experiences. The result is a carefully crafted and deeply meditative sound rooted in deep techno and dub, while also open to influences from experimental electronics, electroacoustic music, IDM, ambient and contemporary composition.
Their fascination with analogue machinery, sound synthesis and algorithmic composition, together with a passion for synthesizers and music programming environments, is reflected in releases on labels such as Alpenglühen, The Monkey Bar and Eleve Music.
Alongside the project, they also run the record label Sediments.
